Horses must meet specific criteria (broke to ride, breeding soundness evaluation, minimum height, preferred bloodlines, AQHA money earnings). TDCJ agents will inspect horses for physical soundness before purchase. A supplement animal can only be added with prior notification. This is a sources sought synopsis for the US Air Force to determine if businesses can provide an alternative product for DOD Libraries. The Air Force anticipates procuring this product in FY25 with a projected period of performance from July 2, 2025 to July 1, 2026. Responses must be submitted by June 4, 2025, 4:00 PM CDT. The government will not pay for responses. If the government proceeds with a competition, a synopsis will be issued using the combined synopsis/solicitation procedure identified in FAR **** it's a small business set-aside, FAR ****, limitation on subcontracting, will apply. Contractors must include points of contact, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, identification as a large US business, small US business, or foreign business, identification of any other socioeconomic status, company Cage code or UEI, and a capabilities statement. The requirement is not for specific brand name products. Submitted information must be unclassified.
