The US Coast Guard (USCG) requires the replacement of their current engine room fire fighting system with a Marioff Hifog MAU150 water mist fire suppression system. The contractor is responsible for the installation, including piping for potable water supply, and removal of the existing CO2 system. The project must be completed within 120 calendar days from the date of award. The primary place of performance is at the CGC Axe home port in Morgan City, LA. Contractor employees will generally work between **** and **** EST, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays. Government furnished resources are listed in section 1. 2. The contractor must furnish all materials, equipment, and services necessary to fulfill the requirements of this contract, except for the government furnished resources. The Epo will inspect deliverables prior to acceptance and provide the contractor with an email that provides documented reasons for non-acceptance. If the deliverable is acceptable, the Epo will send an email to the contractor notifying it that the deliverable has been accepted. The contractor shall provide a trip report once the project is completed.

The contractor must remove the existing CO2 system and install the new water mist system according to provided drawings (CG dwgs). The contractor must provide an OEM authorized licensed tech rep for the Marioff system, who will perform system consultation, testing, and certification. The contractor must also provide training for ship personnel on the new system.

The tender requires a contractor to deliver, test, commission, train, and document a welding machine for **** welding positioners and manipulators. The machine is needed for critical repairs on steam and chilled water mains, and various other repairs throughout the station. The contractor must complete the work within 30 days of receiving the order.

The project involves installing handicap accessible operators and replacing double doors at building 141, McLaughlin Air National Guard Base, West Virginia. The contractor must submit a job plan within 5 days of the notice of award. The entire work must be completed within 5 days after the notice to proceed. Material submittals, shop drawings, and safety data sheets must be submitted within 10 calendar days of the notice to proceed. The contractor is responsible for waste disposal, recycling, and final cleanup. Security requirements, including background checks and training, must be met. The government will provide access to the work site. Various documentation and deliverables are required upon project completion, including a release of claims, warranty letter, red line drawings, material submittals, payroll compliance validation, before and after pictures, and a final invoice.
