The selection criteria will be based on construction experience (20 points), fees and intangibles (20 points), personnel for project (20 points), project approach (25 points), references (10 points), and firm history information (5 points).

The bid term will commence July 1, 2026, and end June 30, 2027.

Bidders must include copies of their automobile, general liability and workers compensation insurance policies, w9 form and notarized everify affidavit.
