Proposals are due October 20, 2025, at 10:00 AM. The contract will be for six months, renewable for up to five one-year extensions. The successful proposer will furnish all labor as required for custodial services. Teague ISD will provide all custodial equipment and materials and supplies and will be responsible for all equipment repairs. Proposers must submit a company profile, qualifications, staffing plan and policies, operating plan and policies, pricing, and certifications. Specific evaluation criteria are listed in appendix i. The district reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any formalities, and award a contract in the best interest of the district. Payment terms are net 30 or at point of sale if appropriate and complies with the state of Texas payment law.
Two copies of the proposal will be due on or before Monday, October 20, at 10:00 a. m. Proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope plainly marked custodial services by the required date and time to: Leslie Cockerham, Business Office Specialist, Teague ISD, 420 N. 10th Avenue, Teague, TX ****.
Teague ISD pays net 30 or at point of sale if appropriate and complies with the state of Texas payment law, Texas government code, chapter ****. Payment will be made within 30 days after the receipt of goods/services and a properly submitted invoice.
In determining the award of contracts, the district may consider factors in accordance with section **** Texas education code. Specific evaluation criteria are listed in appendix i.
Proposer must have been in the cleaning business for a minimum of three 3 years. Proposer must submit the name, contact name, and phone number of at least two 2 accounts serviced by the proposer for at least two 2 years that are similar in size, type, and quality of cleaning to this proposal. Teague ISD reserves the right to contact these schools. Failure to provide requested information could result in rejection of the proposal. K12 school experience preferred.
