This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) from the Texas Facilities Commission (TFC) for the lease of 6,062 square feet of office space. All questions that result in a change to the specifications will be addressed via addenda posted on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD). Respondents are responsible for checking the ESBD for updates. Proposals must be delivered to TFC Bid Services by the specified deadline. Telephone, facsimile, and email proposals will not be accepted. Proposals will be opened at the Central Services Building in Austin, Texas, and only the names of respondents will be made public initially. The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal offers the best value to the state, considering factors such as cost, location, condition, and lessor performance indicators. Protests are governed by TAC Title 1, Administration, Part 5, Chapter 111, Subchapter 1. Lessors must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. The lease contract is contingent upon the continued availability of funding.

The contract will be awarded to the respondent whose proposal is considered to provide the best value to the state of Texas, considering factors such as cost, age, type, condition, and location of lease space, among others.
Respondents must submit a completed and signed Attachment C (Proposal Submittal and Execution of Proposal Form), and failure to do so will result in disqualification. Other qualification requirements include company information, litigation history, relevant experience, financial condition, references, property condition statement, evidence of ownership or control, site plan, location map, and zoning map if applicable.
