The respondent must provide a plan describing their ability and strategy for promoting and supporting the contract, if awarded. The plan must include marketing strategies for promoting products/services to eligible DIR customer channels (Texas state agencies, public/private institutions, etc. ). It must also detail sales, order processing, and support strategies for DIR customers in Texas. An overview of proposed products/services and how the marketing plan supports them is required. The plan must address how other contracts will impact marketing of this contract, management and customer relationship team, geographical reach, teaming partners, subcontractors, account management experience, contract management process, transfer of subscriptions, webpage requirements (including accuracy and compliance), pricing, and contact information. Attachments are required: an organization chart and a breakdown of service levels.

The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) is soliciting offers for GIS, digital land surveying products and services. Responses are due June 17, 2025, 2:00 PM CT.
