The bid notice states that payments to the vendor will be made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, and within thirty 30 days from receipt of a complete, correct, and approved invoice or statement of payment in accordance with T. G. C. chapter ****, Texas Prompt Payment Act.

In evaluation of responsive responses, RRC shall consider the best value standard for purchases of automated information goods or services as set forth in **** considered in determining best value shall include: 1 Experience and Qualifications, 2 Vendors Approach to RFO, 3 Vendors Draft Workplan as requested in Section A. 16, 4 Vendors Proposed Price.
To be eligible for consideration, offeror must hold an active DIRs contract with the Department of Information Resources. Vendor must meet all minimum qualification requirements as outlined in the RFO and contract documents, including requirements stated within any part of this RFO and the attachments. A response must clearly demonstrate offeror meets the following minimum qualifications: three 3 years of experience with development, integration, implementation, and/or integration of Salesforce platform business applications leveraging no code and custom code solutions.
The bid notice mentions liquidated damages in relation to work order completion and liquidated damages, and also states that failure to adhere to service requirements may subject the vendor to liquidated damages.
