Responses to this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) are due October 8, 2025, for consultant services to prepare a city engineering manual. The manual will be developed in coordination with the city's ongoing Unified Development Code (UDC) rewrite, scheduled for completion in October 2026. Respondents must include resumes for each team member, relevant project experience, and a sample invoice from a previous project. The evaluation criteria include relevant experience, project team qualifications, available resources, methodology, approach and timeline, project schedule, and work samples. The city reserves the right to reject any or all responses. The initial term of the resulting agreement will be determined by the proposed project timeline.
