Hill Country Community MHMR Center is opening enrollment for qualified providers to apply for participation in its IDD service provider network. The application period is open until further notice or until provider capacity is met. Applicants must be licensed and/or accredited to provide IDD services in Texas, meet all state, federal, and local requirements for service provision, maintain appropriate insurance coverage, and demonstrate experience in delivering services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Applications can be submitted by mail, email, or in-person drop-off. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis, and the center reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion, modify service needs, and require additional documentation or site visits.
