Proposals may be submitted electronically or in hard copy. The city council will consider proposals on October 28, 2025. The city reserves the right to require information about the offeror's experience record, financial condition, and equipment schedule. The contract will include the notice to offerors, general instructions to offerors, offeror's submittal, statutory bonds (if required), contract agreement, general conditions, special conditions (if any), specifications, insurance certificates, and other documents.
