This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for consulting services to develop a water system master plan for the City of Roseburg. Twenty 20 copies of the final report shall be delivered to the city for adoption after review. The final report shall also be delivered pdf format in one file for posting on the citys website. The report shall include multicolored mapping illustrating the existing system and proposed recommended improvements.
