The City of Lebanon is seeking proposals for electrical services and repairs at the WWTP. Services include work on low and medium voltage systems, electrical gear, raceways, lighting, and standby power generation. The contractor must be a Tennessee licensed electrician with at least five years of experience, available 24/7, and provide proof of liability insurance and a W9. Proposals are due by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM. The contract term is three years with two one-year extensions. Materials, work, and services are warranted for at least one year.

Contractors will be paid after work completion, with payments processed within 30 days of invoice receipt. he contractor shall be paid after the completion of the work once the invoices are submitted, and all payments shall be processed within thirty 30 days of receipt of invoice.
Materials, work, services, and modifications are warranted for a minimum of one year from the date of completion. he materials, work, services and modifications, including, but not limited to, labor, workmanship, quality of materials and installation, shall be warranted for a period of at least one 1 year from the date of completion.

Failure to respond to a service dispatch with adequate personnel and equipment within the set response time shall constitute a material breach of contract. failure to respond to a service dispatch with adequate personnel and equipment to perform the required work within the set response time shall constitute a material breach of contract.
Breach of contract terms, including failure to respond to service dispatches, can lead to termination. should the contractor fail to fulfill in a timely and proper manner its obligations under this contract or if it should violate any of the terms of this contract, the city of lebanon wwtp shall have the right to immediately terminate the contract.
