After completion of work, the vendor and city representative must complete a walkthrough check list to approve the finished project before invoices are paid.

The warranty for workmanship and material must be stated, and within the warranty period, if cracks or any flaws appear, the vendor is to return and make any repairs free of charge to the city of lebanon.

The contract award, if made, shall be to the lowest, best, and most responsive bid that is in the citys best interest.

Sealed bids will be received by the City of Lebanon Engineering Department on or before, but no later than 1:00 p. m. local time, Wednesday, August 5, 2026.

A prime contractor must prequalify with the Department of Transportation and show evidence of a license before their bid will be considered. The license number, expiration date, and classification must appear on the bid envelope.

Architects, engineers, and awarding authorities failing to observe the licensing requirements shall be penalized in the same manner as any person who accepts a bid from an unlicensed person.

The City of Lebanon may reject proposals for failure to comply with requirements, failure to pay bills on former contracts, documented record of contractor default, or documented record of unsatisfactory work.

Sealed bids will be received until 1 pm cdt, wednesday, july 15, 2026.
