The successful proposer will receive a personal services contract. The contract period is intended to be effective upon full execution through August 31, 2026, and may be extended as needed. The provider's pricing and rates must remain firm for the initial engagement and for any contract extension terms. Any annual price increases shall not exceed the prior year's percentage increase in the applicable subcategory of the consumer price index western region. The district may at its sole discretion, consider price increases in excess of the foregoing limit if the provider can demonstrate that such increases are due to actual cost increases or industry-specific market conditions. Proposers who desire that additional information be treated as confidential must mark those pages as confidential, cite a specific statutory basis for the exemption, and the reasons why the public interest would be served by the confidentiality. The procurement file will be available for public inspection at the district office for seven days after the date of any notice of intent to award a contract. Failure to meet minimum requirements for any individual item may disqualify the proposal regardless of the total points scored for the other items.
