This contract will be awarded in full to the vendor meeting the lowest responsive, responsible bid which meets all NTTA specification requirements. NTTA shall award this bid to one vendor only.
Vendor may be required to provide samples of uniforms at vendors expense to prove that vendor can meet NTTA specifications. NTTA shall have the right to inspect, test, and evaluate the submitted samples to determine compliance with the specified standards.
Any formal protest relating to this rfb or the contract award hereunder must be made in writing and submitted to the senior director of procurement services and business diversity no later than five 5 business days after the earlier of the i date the protestor was or reasonably should have been aware of the matter giving rise to the protest or ii the date the contract award was made by the ntta board of directors.
