Dedicated RNG Flare Installation The city of eugene is looking for a contractor to install a shand and jurs flare that will be dedicated to the offspec gas system of the renewable natural gas rng plant at the wastewater treatment facility located at 410 river ave, eugene, or 97404. This project will include installing an owner supplied shand and jurs flare and control system and an owner supplied harris thermal stainlesssteel tank. These will need to be integrated into the offspec gas piping that currently directs the gas to the existing gas flares that serve the anaerobic digesters and the rng concurrently. The purpose of this project is to provide an offspec gas flare that will be dedicated to the rng and return the two existing flares to solely serve the anaerobic digesters.
