Bids are being accepted for concrete slab and foundation reinforcement in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. The bid due date is Monday, June 9, 2025, by 5:00 PM. Interested parties can inspect the slabs at their convenience. All questions and requests for interpretation of the bid documents must be submitted in writing by Wednesday, June 4, 2025, by 3:00 PM. Indian preference will be given to bidders who provide proof of current TERO certification. All applicable state laws, municipal ordinances, and rules and regulations will apply to the contract. Bidders must comply with wage rate requirements, insurance requirements, and other relevant regulations. The lowest, most responsive, responsible bid will be considered, taking Indian preference into consideration. The successful bidder will be issued an agreement and a purchase order. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 30 days after the proposal due date.

Change orders will not be approved based on mistaken quantity count, measurements, or dimensions. At the time of the opening of bids, each bidder will be presumed to have inspected the sites, familiarized themselves with any existing conditions, and read and become thoroughly familiar with the scope of work and contract documents. The method of award is based on the lowest and most responsive bid. Debarment, suspension, proposed debarment, and other responsibility matters are addressed. The responding party certifies that they are not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, or declared ineligible for the award of contracts by any federal agency or Indian tribe. The responding party shall provide immediate written notice to the HACN if, at any time prior to contract award, the person learns its certification was erroneous when submitted or has become erroneous by reason of changed circumstances. Warranties, workmanship, and subcontracts are also addressed. A drug-free and tobacco-free workplace policy is required. A non-collusive affidavit is required. A mandatory bid response form is required. The bidder agrees to perform all work as described in the work write-up and specifications. The bidder agrees to furnish all labor and materials for the sum of: labor, materials, and grand total of bid. The anticipated start date is understood to be within two weeks of notification. The bidder must submit all required paperwork within three days of notification of award. Failure to submit all paperwork by the deadline will result in the award being revoked.
