Town Of Copper Canyon

2026 ANNUAL CONTRACT FOR MISCELLANEOUS PAVEMENT REPAIR AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS This project will consist of miscellaneous pavement repairs and drainage improvements to be administered by work orders as needed. The contract term is one year. The Town has the option to renew the contract on an annual basis for up to four years. Both the contractor and the Town have the right to request renegotiated unit prices and/or quantities for the renewal term, and renewal will require the agreement of both parties.
