This is a justification for other than full and open competition for a bridge action to modify an existing Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) contract (****) with SupplyCore, LLC. The modification will extend the period of performance for a six-month ordering period, from May 20, 2026, to November 19, 2026. This extension is necessary to ensure uninterrupted MRO supply chain activities across Europe Zone 2 South of the Alps Mediterranean region countries while a competitive follow-on contract is being awarded. The MRO program is vital for mission readiness, providing a rapid and flexible mechanism to acquire commercial products. The current contract was competitively awarded on May 20, 2021, with an estimated dollar value of $66,000,**** and a contract maximum dollar value of $108,000,****. No additional funding is required for this extension as the contract maximum remains the same. The justification cites 10 ****(a)(1) as the authority for other than full and open competition. The required items are only available from the current contractor within the timeframe required, and transitioning to a new entity would introduce unacceptable delays and inefficiencies. The incumbent's business systems, supplier and transportation agreements, and systems integration are deeply embedded in ongoing operations.
