Oconee County is seeking a one-year contract with four one-year renewal options for comprehensive EMS billing services. Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest responsive, responsible bid. Discrepancies in bid documents must be clarified in writing at least five working days before the bid closing date. The county is obligated to comply with open records requests. The contractor must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act. Payment terms are ACH within 20 days or paper check within 30 days. The contractor warrants all products and services for one year. Disputes must be submitted in writing within 10 calendar days of the occurrence.
Invoices will be paid in accordance with Oconee County's fiscal policy. The preferred method of payment is electronically. Payment method terms are: Automatic Clearing House (ACH) 20 days, Paper Check 30 days. All such invoices will be paid in accordance with Oconee County's fiscal policy.
The contractor agrees to warrant and assume responsibility for all products including hardware, firmware, and/or software products that it licenses, contracts, or sells to the OCBoC under this contract for a period of one (1) year, unless otherwise specified and mutually agreed upon elsewhere in this contract.
