Personnel must possess a current professional school speech language pathologist license in the state of Oregon. Contractor must maintain professional liability and commercial general liability insurance covering the contractor for and against loss or damage resulting from services performed. Coverage shall have minimum limits of 1, 000, 000 each occurrence, 2, 000, 000 general aggregate.
