Sealed bids are due by 10:00 AM, October 16, 2025. All qualified firms, including small, minority, women-owned businesses, and historically underutilized businesses are encouraged to submit bids. Bids must be submitted electronically, mailed, or hand-delivered. The Brazos River Authority is not responsible for ensuring the delivery of bids. Refer to section 19 for instructions on submitting a response. Bids must be clearly identified on the outside of the sealed submission. The Brazos River Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 11, 2025. Questions or requests for additional information must be submitted by September 25, 2025. Responses to questions will be posted as an addendum on September 29, 2025. Bids will be opened virtually on October 16, 2025. Bidders must submit a bid bond equal to 5% of the maximum bid price. The awarded respondent must provide performance, payment, and warranty bonds. Payment for services will be processed within 30 days from invoice date and acceptance of work. Respondents must maintain insurance coverage acceptable to the Brazos River Authority and provide proof prior to entering into a contract. Work will not commence until the certificate of insurance is approved. The Brazos River Authority reserves the right to inspect and test the submitted product. Respondents are advised that they and any subcontractors must pay the general prevailing wage rates for construction. The Brazos River Authority is exempt from Texas sales tax. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder. The executed contract will be a Brazos River Authority standard form contract. The Brazos River Authority reserves the right to conduct studies and other investigations as necessary to evaluate any submittal. Submission of a bid confers no legal right upon any respondent. The decision of the Brazos River Authority, or its designee, with regard to the above, shall be administratively final. The Brazos River Authority, in its sole discretion, may waive administrative deficiencies and/or minor technicalities in submittals received.

Competitive sealed proposals for health and wellness medicalrx and dental insurance services will be received by the purchasing agent of the Brazos River Authority no later than 10:00 AM, September 3, 2025. Proposals must be clearly identified on the outside of the sealed physical submission. All qualified firms, including small, minority, women-owned businesses, and historically underutilized businesses are encouraged to submit proposals. Inquiries should be submitted to the purchasing agent via the BidNetDirect website no later than five (5) days prior to the proposal opening. All addenda will be posted on the BidNetDirect website. Respondents are responsible for checking the website for updates. The Brazos River Authority is exempt from Texas sales tax and use tax. Payment for services will be processed within thirty (30) days from invoice date and acceptance of services. Invoices must be submitted electronically to the specified accounts payable email address. The contract term will be for one year, commencing on the effective date, and may be renewed by subsequent agreement of the parties annually.
