The County of Grant is seeking proposals for the purchase and installation of two emergency standby generators, including maintenance and repair contracts. Proposals must be submitted by March 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM local time. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled, and a Notice of Intent to Propose form must be returned by February 4, 2026. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is most advantageous to the county. The project is expected to be completed within a 15-month timeframe. The successful firm will be required to provide proof of, and maintain, insurance prior to performing work for the county. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.

Offerors must have successfully installed at least one large capacity diesel generator, and preferably three large capacity diesel generators.
The procurement code imposes civil and misdemeanor criminal penalties for its violation.
Questions and requests for information regarding this rfp, site visits, or other requirements shall be presented to the county as prescribed in this rfp.
Protests must be delivered to the county managers office within twenty-four 24 hours after the facts or occurrences giving rise thereto, but in no case later than fifteen 15 calendar days after the facts or occurrences giving rise thereto.
