This is an award bid for armed security guard services. Vendors are urged to respond. Specifications are provided as an attachment. Vendors may be required to submit additional information to evaluate qualifications. The district reserves the right to postpone the deadline through an addendum. Procurement results will be available after board approval. The successful vendor will enter into an initial one-year contract with an option to renew for four additional one-year terms, beginning July 1, 2026, and potentially extending through June 30, 2031. Contact with Allen ISD employees, except for the purchasing department, is strictly prohibited during the solicitation period. Any vendor found to be acting contrary to this directive will be disqualified. Required documents include Edgar Certifications, W9 (or W8-BEN), Certificate of Interested Parties Form ****, Service Provider Affidavit, Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (if applicable), and Disclosure of Lobbying Activities (if applicable). The bid opening is on March 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. The question deadline is April 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM CT. The RFP deadline is April 24, 2026, at 02:00 PM CT.

The bid is for beverage services. The deadline for questions is March 31, 2026, and the deadline for proposals is April 7, 2026. The contract term is three years with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms, starting July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2031, if all options are exercised. The Allen ISD is requesting proposals for band uniforms and related items. Vendors must carefully read the entire RFP and download all attachments. Additional information may be requested. The deadline for questions is February 27, 2026, at 10:00:00 AM CT. The final submission date is March 6, 2026, at 02:00:00 PM CT. The RFP will be effective upon board approval on March 30, 2026. Contact with Allen ISD employees, except for the purchasing department, is strictly prohibited. The contract will be binding upon approval by the Allen ISD school board of trustees.

The successful vendor will enter into an initial three (3) year contract term with the district for vending machine services with an option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. The contract term begins on May 1, 2026 and, with all renewal options exercised, will run through April 30, 2031. Vendors may be required to submit additional information. Contact with Allen ISD employees, except for staff members of the purchasing department, is strictly prohibited.
