Nassau Health Care Corporation seeks proposals for comprehensive armed and unarmed security services across its facilities, including Nassau University Medical Center, A. Payments are made in arrears after NHCC receives a complete and accurate invoice with supporting documentation. approved invoices will be paid in accordance with applicable law and nhcc payment procedures. No late fees apply unless required by law.
Vendor warrants all services comply with applicable laws and regulations, and maintains all required licenses and permits. the vendor further warrants that all services purchased pursuant to the agreement will conform and comply with all applicable provisions of governing laws.
