This is a public tender for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standard replacement parts and authorized service for New Holland Agricultural Equipment. Unless otherwise specified, all workmanship and materials must have at least one 1 year guaranty, in writing, from the date of delivery and/or acceptance of the project.
The vendor with the lowest total weighted award sum of items **** will receive the contract award.
The awarded vendor must be an authorized distributor and/or an authorized service provider who can sell, repair, and/or perform maintenance on New Holland Agricultural Equipment products and equipment. A letter from the manufacturer stating that the bidder is an authorized dealer must be submitted prior to award.
Failure to deliver within the time specified in the bid will constitute a default and may cause cancellation of the contract. Where the city has determined the contractor to be in default, the city reserves the right to purchase any or all products or services covered by the contract on the open market and to charge the contractor with cost in excess of the contract price.
Representative samples shall be submitted upon request, if appropriate.
Protests with regard to the specification, terms and conditions documents will not be considered after bids are opened.
