Payment will be made by the Department of Veterans Affairs Financial Services Center. Invoices shall be submitted upon delivery acceptance with an approved receiving report. Payment is made in accordance with the prompt payment act.
All products shall include the manufacturer's standard commercial warranty unless a longer warranty is offered at no additional cost to the government. The offeror shall identify the warranty period and any material warranty limitations.
Offerors must complete annual representations and certifications electronically via the System for Award Management (SAM) website. Vendors shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
The contractor shall not provide any Kaspersky Lab covered article. The contractor is prohibited from having or using a ByteDance covered application on any information technology owned or managed by the government. No used, refurbished, or remanufactured supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided. No gray market items shall be provided. No counterfeit supplies or equipment/parts shall be provided.
