The contract is for the rental and erection of scaffolding at various PVSC locations for a two-year period, starting November 1, 2026, and ending October 31, 2028. Bids must be submitted by September 17, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids must include a bid bond or certified check of at least $1,000. 00. The contractor is responsible for safety, insurance, and compliance with NJ laws. Site visits can be arranged by contacting the PVSC plant engineering department at ****.
Upon completion of erections, the contractor will invoice PVSC for eighty percent 80 of the estimated job price. Upon notice to dismantle the contractor will invoice PVSC for the remaining twenty percent 20. upon completion of erections, the contractor will invoice pvsc for eighty percent 80 of the estimated job price.
Contractors must provide certification of experience and names/addresses of at least three customers from whom similar work was performed within the last two years. a certificationquestionnaire form is included for the contractors convenience.

Failure to follow the bid submission procedure is grounds for rejection. failure to follow this procedure is grounds forrejection.
Successful bidders must furnish one of three documents: a federal letter of approval, a photocopy of the certificate of employee information report, or a copy of form A. A. 302. failure to supply the affirmative action document within the time frame allowed by law, will require the public agency to declare the contractor as being nonresponsive.
