The bidder shall provide an estimated production schedule and anticipated delivery date with its proposal. The successful bidder shall notify Roane County at least ten (10) business days prior to shipment and shall provide a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours advance notice of the actual delivery date and time.

Prompt pay discounts may be offered: net 10 days, net 20 days, or net 30 days. If no discount is offered, it should be indicated.

Bidder shall be licensed to provide pharmacy services in the state of Tennessee, possess all required licenses, and have at least three years of experience providing correctional pharmacy or institutional pharmacy services.
