This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR subpart ****(a)(4)(i). The U. S. Government requires a technology upgrade for Conference Room 162 to integrate a modern unified communications (UC) capability using Microsoft Teams into a collateral Secret SIPRNet environment. The contractor shall provide and install a complete, turnkey solution including a new camera, microphone system, and control system processor, integrating these with existing displays and control interface. The system must support dual operation of the new MS Teams capability and the legacy VTC system until the latter is decommissioned. All equipment, software, and configurations must comply with applicable security requirements for operation on secret networks, including DISA STIGs and IA accreditation.
