Mowing services at Norwalk Equalization Basin The contractor will be required to provide mowing services for the entire site. The site includes the area within the fenced boundary at the WRA Norwalk Equalization Basin and along the driveway on the southwest and south side of the basin going back to the WRA owned flow meter manhole. The areas to be mowed are noted on the attached map for reference. The fenced area within the WRA facility being used by Warren County for the communication tower tower area will not be mowed as part of this contract. The contractor will be required to mow all areas within the site, excluding the tower area, seven times annually.
