River Acres Water Supply Corporation (RAWS) is seeking proposals for the planning, design, permitting, and construction of a 250,000-gallon overhead water storage facility. All questions must be submitted electronically by April 21, 2026. Proposals are due by 12 p. m. on February 15, 2026, and must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * RFP package must be clearly marked Overhead Water Storage Facility in the subject line and include the respondent's name and mailing address. RAWS reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and negotiate with the firm whose proposal best serves their interests. Insurance requirements include comprehensive general liability, automobile liability, and umbrella/excess liability with minimum limits of twice the project cost. Respondents are responsible for all costs associated with proposal development and submission. All submitted RFP packages become the property of RAWS. Proposals are binding for 120 calendar days following the submittal due date. The RFP package must follow a specific format, including a cover page, cover letter, qualifications and experience, proposed strategy and technical approach, and administrative information.

The notice also requires a history of any litigation within the past five years arising out of the firm's performance as it relates to the scope of services being solicited, and copies of proper and valid licensing to conduct business in the state of Texas, current applicable certifications, and a list of subcontractors with credentials and related experiences, if applicable.

If the items of non-compliance are not corrected, or if acceptable corrective action as approved by RAWS has not been taken within the seven (7) consecutive calendar days, the contract agreement may be terminated by RAWS for cause, upon giving seven (7) consecutive calendar days written notice to the respondent.
