The contractor shall complete the entire work ready for use no later than 180 calendar days from the start date in the notice to proceed. The time stated for completion shall include final cleanup of the premises and completion of punch list items.
Requests for payment may be made no more frequently than monthly, covering the value of labor and materials completed and in place. The 14-day period for payment is changed to 30 days.
The contractor shall provide with a one-year warranty of the works and products.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, acceptable, responsible quoter.
Offerors must be technically qualified and financially responsible, able to understand written and spoken English, have an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing, and possess the necessary personnel, equipment, and financial resources. Registration in SAM is required for offers over $40,000.
A site visit will be held on May 12, 2026, immediately following the pre-quotation conference.
