On this line, Bidders must enter $ 0. 00 for Contract Amount in the e- procurement system. Actual Contract Amount must be entered on " Official Bid Document" and submitted as an attachment in the e- procurement system. Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The BP- 2 base bid scope is to provide and install custom modular stalls and interlocking rubber mats for Barn A ( 100 stalls), Barn B ( 100 stalls), Barn J ( 84 stalls, and Barn K ( 84 stalls). There will be nine alternates part of BP- 2, see below for the description of the nine alternates. The BP- 2 General Contractor is responsible for coordinating with the BP- 1 General Contractor for scheduling and installation of the new custom modular stalls and mats. It is intended the BP- 1 General Contractor will provide access for the installation of the custom modular stalls and mats during the construction period, so that both bid packs can achieve Substantial Completion at the same time.
