Contractors must submit a management plan and statement of qualifications, limited to 2 single-sided or 1 double-sided **** page, excluding cover page and tabs. This includes project experience, team experience, project schedule, risk mitigation, management plan, and termination/debarment certifications. firms that fail to meet these requirements or a minimum of three collective ratings will be disqualified.

Failure to attend the mandatory pre-proposal meeting, submitting proposals after the deadline, failing to provide required certifications, or not complying with subcontractor listing requirements may result in disqualification. the prime contractors absence from the preproposal meeting andor failure toregister precludes participation as a proposer on this project.
