Compensation shall be based on the applicable unit pricing and other pricing structure set forth in attachment 1 employee uniform program vendor response pricing sheet and or attachment 2 company store program vendor response pricing sheet, as applicable to the awarded scopes, and incorporated into the resulting agreement.

Award, if made, will be to the proposers whose proposals are determined to be most advantageous to the zoo, taking into consideration product match and quality, pricing, service and platform capability, and references.
