Vendors shall include postimplementation stabilization support for a minimum of thirty days following project completion and identify warranty coverage.
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following weighted criteria: technical approach and understanding of scope (30%), experience and qualifications (25%), cost proposal (25%), implementation schedule and support plan (10%), and references and past performance (10%).
Vendors must demonstrate experience in cloud migration and Microsoft 365 management for nonprofits, network and cybersecurity design for multisite organizations, managed service and helpdesk support models, backup, data recovery, and endpoint protection, and familiarity with NIST, CISA, and Microsoft compliance frameworks.
