Bids for the construction of the Paul Lane Pump Station Upgrade Project will be received online, Wednesday, March 11th at 10 am local time. Separate bids will be received for contract no. 251 general construction and contract no. 252 electrical construction. Bidders must comply with all state antibidrigging regulations and submit a noncollusion affidavit. The estimated cost is greater than twenty-five thousand dollars 25, 000 and the pennsylvania prevailing wage act shall apply. All bids shall be irrevocable for 60 days after the bid opening date. Bidders must submit a public works employment verification form as a precondition for the contract award.
The middletown township sewer authority reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the middletown township sewer authority and to reject any or all proposals.
