Separate sealed bid proposals must be received prior to 2:00 PM, Eastern, on 6/17/2026.

The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals.

Bidders will utilize the qualifications section of BuildingConnected to complete the electronic questionnaire and upload requested attachments. Satisfactory evidence of general company information, project history, and safety records must be submitted for prequalification approval.

An optional virtual prebid meeting will be held on 6/9/2026 at 10:00 am eastern.

All questions, prebid RFIs, and substitution requests must be submitted via BuildingConnected messages prior to 6/17/2026 eastern.

Bidders who do not submit all requested data, do not meet criteria shown or who present inaccurate data, may not be offered a subcontract.

The bid proposals must be received electronically via BuildingConnected prior to 2:00 PM, Eastern, on 5/8/2026.
