The bid proposals must be received electronically via BuildingConnected prior to 2:00 PM, Eastern, on 5/8/2026.

The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to accept other than a low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in proposals, which they feel is in their best interest.

Bidders are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on the bid form for the bid to be considered complete.

An optional in person prebid meeting will be held on 4/17/2026 at 10:00 am eastern. Plan to meet at Wylie Elementary at 10:00 am, then the meeting will transition over to the high school.

All questions, prebid RFIs, and substitution requests must be submitted via BuildingConnected messages prior to at , eastern.

An optional in-person site walkthru will be held on March 31, 2026, and April 22, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern.

Bidders who do not submit all requested data, do not meet criteria, or present inaccurate data may not be offered a subcontract.

An optional virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on March 19, 2026, at 1:00 PM Eastern. A Microsoft Teams link will be sent via BuildingConnected messages if a virtual pre-bid meeting is scheduled.
