Purchase orders will be executed using individual project assignments with the total value of services not to exceed 150,**** over a period of one fiscal year.

The awarded respondent shall fully guarantee all workmanship and parts furnished and installed under this contract against defect for six months after completion. Defects will be repaired or replaced at no charge to MSU.

The evaluation will consider compliance to solicitation specifications, past performance with the respondent, references, delivery time, and overall cost. Weighted averages are calculated as noted in section 1. 14.

Respondents must be licensed fire alarm systems respondents with the state of Texas. Personnel must be trained in testing procedures and system operations, have the appropriate servicing manuals, the property types of tools, and manufacturers' recommended replacement parts.

Consistent failure to meet delivery promises without valid reason may cause removal from the respondent list. Responses cannot be altered or amended after opening time. Any alterations made before opening time must be initialed by the respondent or his/her authorized agent.
