Pavement Rehabilitation Project - Bids for the construction of the Project will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by the Centre County Recycling and Refuse Authority until 1: 00 pm local time, Wednesday, February 18, 2026. After bid opening, a public notice will be issued via PennBid containing any available bid results. It should be noted that bid results are subject to further review and should not be construed as issuance of an award.

Pavement Rehabilitation Project This project includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing and installing approximately 1, 240 square yards of full depth pavement repairs, approximately 1, 350 square yards of mill and overlay, one inlet top replacement, and an allowance of 200 square yards of mill and overlay reconstruction patchwork. As an alternate, the project also includes full depth pavement repairs for all mill and overlay areas and 600 square yards of fulldepth pavement repairs on the main haul road.
