Lot 1: The Office of Broadband Development is seeking a third- party cultural resource management contractor or company to provide Section 106 consultation services for National Telecommunications and Information Administrations BEAD projects and grant recipients by, among other necessary tasks, working with subgrantees to ensure federal, state, and local historic preservation requirements are met for each project.

Lot 1: The Office of Broadband Development is seeking a third- party cultural resource management contractor or company to provide Section 106 consultation services for National Telecommunications and Information Administrations BEAD projects and grant recipients by, among other necessary tasks, working with subgrantees to ensure federal, state, and local historic preservation requirements are met for each project.

Lot 1: The principal service requested will involve performing arbitrage calculations to satisfy the requirements of Section 148 of the Internal Revenue Code of ****, as amended, and regulations thereunder. For the period of the contract, arbitrage calculations will be performed annually on all issues. Some may require all of the debt service accounts ( including debt service reserve and surplus) to be pooled for purposes of the calculation.

Lot 1: The Authority is required by statute, by the Single Audit Act Amendments of ****, and by the Trust Indentures of the various bond issues to cause an audit to be made of its books and accounts. An annual audit opinion is required on the Authoritys financial statements and on the Schedule of Expenditure of Federal Awards at the close of each fiscal year.
