Firms must be insured, prequalified with the district, hold a Class B contractors license, and demonstrate successful completion of at least four 4 similar new construction projects within the past ten 10 years, each with a minimum construction cost of $45 million.
There is a mandatory pre-response site visit on July 6, 2026, at 10:00 am at San Rafael Elementary School.
