The period of performance for the resultant award will be from the date of award through September 3rd, 2026.

The government will consider responses received by the deadline. A determination by the government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.

Qualified contractors must provide company name, location, contact information, business size, UEI number, specific product details, whether content is available through government contract vehicle or open market, and a brief capabilities statement not to exceed 5 pages.

Responses must be received no later than 07/30/2026 3:00 PM ET.

Failure to demonstrate compliance with local presence requirements may render the proposal ineligible for award.

Responses are due no later than 09:00 am ET, July 31, 2026.

Submissions should include sufficient evidence demonstrating capability, a general capabilities statement, description of business lines, experience information, and a technical narrative addressing PWS requirements.

The anticipated award is for a base period of 12 months, with four 4 option periods, if applicable, from September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2031. Task orders placed against the proposed IDIQ will have their own periods of performance.

The specific product s that your company offers that fulfills the same function as the items to be included on this order or evidence that your company is capable of providing the specific items mentioned above and, 5. A description of that product s and its overall capabilities.

Failure to clearly demonstrate the ability to meet all requirements in a written response may result in the government making an award on a sole source basis.
