Texas Tech University (TTU) is seeking proposals for an Enterprise Education Cloud Implementation. The project involves consolidating multiple Salesforce organizations into a single Education Cloud org. Key activities include strategy, migration, re-architecture, integration, and change management to enhance the digital experience for students, faculty, and staff. The deadline for proposal submission is June 23, 2026. Evaluation will be based on best value, considering financial, technical, and vendor capabilities. TTU has an established internal Salesforce team that will participate in the project, with a focus on knowledge transfer.
Proposals are due by 4:00 PM Central on June 23, 2026.
Invoices will be paid net 30 days in compliance with Texas laws. All invoices must reference a valid TTU purchase order.
The contract will be awarded to the proposer providing the best value to TTU, considering financial value, total cost of ownership, technical and functional capability, vendor experience, implementation approach, change management, innovation, and quality assurance.
Proposers must demonstrate proven success in multi-org consolidation, deep experience with Education Cloud and Data Cloud, experience in integration of TargetX, a higher education client portfolio, and expertise with Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, Student Success Hub, and Experience Cloud.
Any actual or prospective proposer who believes they have been aggrieved in connection with the solicitation, evaluation, or award of a contract may formally protest to the Assistant Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer.
Proposals may be rejected if they are conditional, incomplete, or if the proposer engages in communications prohibited by the RFP. Failure to comply with HUB regulations may also result in rejection.
