Contractors failure to complete the work within the contract time as required will cause damage to owner. these damages shall be liquidated by agreement of contractor and owner, in the amount of **** per day as set forth in the purchase order.
Samples shall be required for certain proposed substitute items as determined by the owner.

Proposals that fail to submit the bid bond, attachment b execution of proposal, attachment c subcontracting plan forms, attachment d compensation and fees package proposal forms, or attachment f contractors qualification form shall be disqualified.
