The City of Euless, Texas, is seeking qualified firms for revisions to its Comprehensive Land Use Plan and Unified Development Code, and for economic development strategies. The selection team shall apply the comparative criteria, set forth below, to each proposal. Following review of the proposals, the selection team may, at its discretion, schedule individual interviews with any or all of the proposers for the purpose of further evaluation of a proposer's qualifications and ability to provide the required services.
If interviews are held, it is anticipated that these interviews will be conducted in person but remote interviews are acceptable for firms outside of a 50-mile radius of the Euless City Hall.
