Bids are due on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, on or before 2:00 PM local time. Deliveries of hydrofluorosilicic acid shall be made within seven days of the order.

The city will pay the fixed price bid per the quantities listed on the proposal page as long as the provided hydrofluorosilicic acid meets all applicable specifications. The qualification package must provide adequate information needed to rank the capability of a firm on each of the preceding categories.

Falsification of information related to city income taxes or post-contractual violations can lead to contract rescission. Falsification of any information related to or any post-contractual violation of the requirement to pay city income taxes set forth in subsection a shall constitute cause for the rescission of the balance of the contract at the city's discretion.
