Payment will be made after a properly executed county voucher has been received and formally approved by the Board of County Commissioners at its subsequent regular meeting. The voucher will be certified correct by the department/division head who received the goods or services.

The contractor shall guarantee any or all goods and services supplied under these specifications. Defective or inferior goods shall be replaced at the expense of the contractor. The contractor will be responsible for return freight or restocking charges.
