Invoices must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * no more than ten business days after service is provided. Payment shall be made in accordance with chapter ****, Texas Government Code.
The manufacturer's standard warranty shall apply unless otherwise stated in the RFP.
Responses will be evaluated based on a weighted system: respondents' past performance, qualifications, and experience (20%), compensation and fees (40%), and price (40%). Best value criteria may also include meeting solicitation goals, quality, reliability, and customer focus.
Respondents must be in the transportation services business with a minimum of three years of professional experience, have provided services for at least three different contracts in the last five years, employ drivers with Texas Commercial Driver's Licenses, and be in good financial standing. Buses must be no more than six years old.
Failure to correct work not meeting TSBVI standards may result in contract termination. Default in promised delivery without accepted reasons or failure to meet specifications authorizes TSBVI to purchase elsewhere and charge increased costs to the bidder.
Failure to submit required documentation, late proposals, or proposals not meeting minimum qualifications may result in disqualification.
