The evaluation committee will consider the financial stability of the respondent, good faith effort for Vethub subcontracting plan, competence and qualifications of the respondent and personnel, probable quality of offered goods/services, probable timeliness of offered goods/services, and quality of past performance. he factors to be considered by the evaluation committee in evaluating proposals shall include, but not be limited to, the following: the financial stability of the respondent whether the respondent performed the good faith effort required by the vethub subcontracting plan the competence and qualifications of the respondents company and personnel
Respondents must be either certified public accountants (CPA) or certified internal auditors (CIA) with at least three (3) years of government auditing experience. A protest concerning the award must be filed no later than ten (10) days after the notice of award is posted to ESBD. o later than ten 10 days after the notice of award is posted to esbd, if the protest concerns the award.
