CPRI is seeking proposals for confidential fraud, waste, and abuse reporting services (hotline services). Services include phone and web-based reporting, 24/7 availability, anonymous reporting, customized interviews, and report dissemination. Proposals are due June 30, 2026. The contract term is initial term expiring August 31, 2027, with three one-year renewal options. Evaluation criteria include qualifications, technical capabilities, experience (30%), pricing (40%), probable performance indicators (15%), and references (15%). Payment terms are 30 days after goods/services are provided or a correct invoice is received. Vendors must not provide services until a notice of award is issued.
